The process of making this video was a challenging journey. We had to go back and forth before agreeing to the final masterpiece. We had gone through stages of changing our story-line because none of it seem salient enough to be viewed by the audience. I remember vividly the mind block moment we had and the sleepless nights we endured because no story-line has yet come across the mind. When we had this story-line in our mind, we wanted a story that is well-connected to the audience. Our video stands in a wide spectrum that is made for people to make up perspectives on their own. I believe that it relates differently with every audience that watches it.
I hope that our video has sparked even the littlest part of hope that you're holding on to, to keep on fighting to reach the finishing line.

A new learning experience wrapped in exhaustion, excitement and everything wonderful.I would say that our Augmented Reality project was a wonderful hit. I owed it a lot to my teammates for helping me out in completing this task. It would be impossible without their abundance of help. Sometimes, you just need to surround yourself with wonderful people in order to help your grow, personally and academically. The idea of portraying Augmented Reality project into reality was a foreign idea to me. However, my team and I managed to bid the odds and presented a well-success outcome. For this project, we decided to do on the topic of Menstruation Cycle. One would wonder "Why menstruation?" "What's with the feminist agenda?" This topic was chosen solely because we wanted to shed some light into this matter ;) There is no harm in educating ourselves with new knowledge ;) As for this project, we decided to use one of the AR applications which is HP Reveal, though, Blippar is more convincing with the compatibility and functionality it offers. Since we were tested on our creativity for this project, we implemented a gamification concept to make it more interesting and fun. It is safe to say that everyone had fun trying our project (well, hopefully). Here's a storyboard that we created by using storyboardthat.com. By creating a storyboard, it helped us into visualizing how we want our story line to be like. Though our storyboard looks the same for every scene, however, every scene delivers a different message. |
